Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (for example, opened pet products and candles) may not be eligible.
How to return
- Visit our Contact page and tell us your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back with tracking and keep your receipt.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
